About the Author
Jess Racklyeft is a children’s book lover, draw-er and reader based in Melbourne, who also creates work for card companies, picture books, original paintings, prints and all types of different client projects.
Jess loves watercolours, but is getting more and more into combining digital work and tinker with oils, pencils and other bits and bobs she can get her mitts on. Two of the books Jess has illustrated, Merry Everything and Smile Cry, have gone on to become CBCA notables.

Our flat rate within the majority of Australia is $9.95 each order for standard courier or Australia Post delivery, but free for orders over $125.
Express shipping is available on most products at check-out.
Some of our larger items are bulky and heavy, and so they are excluded from the flat rate fee and free shipping. These may incur additional shipping charges based on your location. Please refer to our shipping policy or contact us for further information.
Gift wrapping is available although that may not be possible for some large items and we will let you know promptly if that is the case. Our Checkout process notifies choices during purchasing. Just let us know what message you wish it to have.
Returns
We understand you may change your mind! If your order has been dispatched, we will arrange a refund or exchange for you, as long as the products are returned:
- Unused, unopened, undamaged and in original condition and packaging
- In a saleable condition upon return
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
